At Quest, your comfort is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we offer our 100% Comfort Guarantee on your first single pair of boxers. If they’re not living up to your expectations, we’ll make it right, no hassle, no fuss. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.

To claim your 100% Comfort Guarantee, drop us a line at info@questclothes.co.uk with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number (you’ll find this in your confirmation email).
  • A quick note about why the product didn’t work for you.
  • Whether you’d prefer an exchange (different size or colour) or a refund.

If you’d like to return any boxers for store credit or a refund, we ask that they’re unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept any boxer shorts that have been worn. If the returned boxers appear to have been worn, no refund can be issued. We reserve the right to decline any returns that don’t meet these conditions.
